Chesworth Construction has successfully completed a comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration project for a valued private-sector client; Aber Instruments Ltd, transforming the office space to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and comfort. The project included the creation of new meeting rooms and a presentation room, the installation of advanced facial recognition software for secure access, and the addition of modern breakroom/kitchen facilities and upgraded W/C facilities. Improvements also featured upgraded floor finishes, a bespoke front door, new fire doors, fresh interior decoration, and the installation of a new Velfac window. A new suspended ceiling was installed to improve acoustics, alongside upgraded external works and the construction of a new bin store. The project further included the installation of a new air source heat pump unit, new air conditioning units, upgraded electrical systems, and enhanced mechanical and heating systems. Chesworth Construction's site team, suppliers, and subcontractors played a crucial role in delivering this successful project, resulting in a vibrant, efficient, and modern workspace tailored to the client's needs.
